Texas
The biggest state in the 48 contiguous states is Texas. Texas is nicknamed “The Lone Star State”. It’s the state where Dr.Pepper was invented, famous artists like Beyonce, Janis Joplin, and Kenny Rogers came from, and it has 3 of the 10 most populous states in the United States. Larger than any country in Europe, Texas contains diverse landscapes throughout due to its size and geology. With beaches, rolling hills, and tall skyscrapers, there is an abundance to do and see in the state. It’s known for their BBQ (a must-have when you go!), live music, nachos, cowboy boots, country music, and all those make Texas great to experience.
